8 Best Cheap Social Media Schedulers for Several Brands (2026)

For a small business running three brands on three networks each, the cheapest hosted social media scheduler is Metricool: its Starter plan holds up to five brands for $25 a month, or $20 a month billed yearly. PostWharf's Startup plan is next at $29 ($23 billed yearly) for three brand workspaces, and Postiz's Team plan follows at $39 ($31 yearly). High Street has a financial interest in PostWharf (how we handle that). SocialPilot, Buffer, SocialBee, Sendible and Agorapulse complete the eight. Every plan price was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 16 October 2026.

Key takeaways

  • For three brands on three networks each, the lowest bill is Metricool at $25 a month ($20 billed yearly), though its X accounts cost extra.
  • PostWharf's Startup plan is $29 a month ($23 yearly) for three brands with unlimited channels each, so a fourth network adds nothing.
  • No free hosted plan in this list covers three brands on three networks. Metricool's free plan holds one brand and Buffer's holds three channels.
  • Agorapulse, Sendible and SocialBee all land at $99 a month for this setup. Agorapulse charges that per user, so each extra teammate pays it again.

The eight, compared

Every price below is for one setup: three brands, each on three networks (nine accounts), run by one person, with no add-ons. Monthly billing is the ranking figure; the yearly column is the same plan billed annually, shown per month.

How this list works

Who it is for. Owners and marketing managers of small UAE businesses who run more than one brand and want the lowest bill that still works.

The setup we priced. "Several" starts at three, so we priced three brands, each connected to three networks, which makes nine social accounts, run by one person. Tools that charge by the user are priced for that one person. Tools that charge by the channel are priced for nine channels at their per-channel rate.

The ranking figure. For each tool we took the cheapest published plan whose own limits cover that setup without buying anything extra: no additional accounts, users or workspaces, and no network surcharge. The tools are ranked by that plan's price on monthly billing. When two plans cost the same, the one that gives each brand its own workspace ranks first, then the lower yearly price.

The minimum bar. A tool made the list if it publishes a monthly price, has a self-serve plan that covers the setup, and costs $100 a month or less for it. Four tools missed that bar and are covered after the entries.

The source. Each vendor's own pricing and feature pages, as recorded on 16 October 2026. Where a vendor does not publish something, we say "not published" rather than guess. This is a comparison of published prices and plan limits, not a hands-on test, and it does not score ease of use, analytics depth or support. PostWharf is ranked by the same rule as every other tool. Prices are in US dollars as listed, so check the currency and any VAT at checkout; Metricool states that its prices exclude VAT.

1. Metricool (best for the lowest bill across several brands)

Metricool is a planning and analytics tool priced by the number of brands, and each brand holds one profile per network. Starter covers up to five brands for $25 a month ($20 billed yearly) and up to ten for $45 ($36 yearly), so the three-brand setup fits with room for two more. The free plan holds one brand, without LinkedIn or X, and allows 20 scheduled posts a month.

  • Strength: the brand count sets the price, not the number of networks, and publishing on Starter is unlimited under fair use. Its MCP server is on every plan, including the free one.
  • Limit: X is not included. Each connected X account costs $10 a month. Approvals, team roles and the API need Advanced, from $67 a month ($53 billed yearly).
  • Pick it if: you run three to five small brands from one login and none of them depends on X.
  • Set up first: add one brand per business and connect its networks, and count the X accounts before you commit.

2. PostWharf (best for a flat price per brand, whatever the networks)

PostWharf is a publishing tool: you connect a brand's accounts, write a post once, adjust the wording for each network, and publish now or on a schedule to ten networks (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and Telegram). It bills per workspace, and a workspace is one brand with unlimited channels. Startup covers three workspaces and 400 scheduled posts a month for $29 ($23 billed yearly). Starter is one brand for $15 ($10 yearly), and Plus is ten workspaces for $67 ($54 yearly).

  • Strength: adding a network to a brand costs nothing extra, X included. Each brand has its own channels, drafts, queue and history, every post is re-checked after publishing with a row per network, and the REST API, MCP server and command-line tool come with every plan.
  • Limit: there is no free plan, only a seven-day trial of Starter, and the card is charged when the trial ends. Scheduled posts are capped each month, from 200 on Starter to 2,500 on Pro. Google Business Profile is not among its ten networks, Reddit, Discord, Snapchat and WordPress can be requested but not connected yet, and its pages do not describe analytics reports or a social inbox for replies.
  • Pick it if: you want one flat price per brand, with X and every other network included, and you do not need reporting or an inbox from the same tool.
  • Set up first: create one workspace per brand and connect every account that brand posts from.

3. Postiz (best for growing channel counts, or self-hosting)

Postiz is an open-source scheduler that publishes to 34 platforms. Its hosted plans are priced by connected channels, with unlimited posts: Standard is $29 ($23 billed yearly) for 5 channels and no team members, Team is $39 ($31) for 10 channels and unlimited team members, Pro is $49 ($39) for 30 channels, and Ultimate is $99 ($79) for 100 channels. Nine accounts fit Team. The code is AGPL-3.0 and can be self-hosted for free.

  • Strength: the price per channel falls as you grow, since ten channels cost $39 and thirty cost $49. The MCP server, command-line tool, public API and webhooks come with every plan.
  • Limit: there is no free hosted plan, and the seven-day trial needs a card. Self-hosting means registering your own developer app with most networks, which can take weeks for Meta, YouTube and TikTok. Annual plans are not refundable.
  • Pick it if: you expect to keep adding channels, or someone on your side can run a server.
  • Set up first: decide hosted or self-hosted before anything else, because the self-hosted route starts with the developer-app registrations.

4. SocialPilot (best for room to grow on a flat plan)

SocialPilot schedules to ten networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and Bluesky) and prices by accounts and users. Standard holds 15 accounts and 3 users for $50 ($42.50 billed yearly) and adds a social inbox, analytics and manager approval. Essentials is $30 ($25.50) but covers only 7 accounts and 1 user, so nine accounts do not fit without extra accounts at $4 a month each.

  • Strength: six spare accounts on Standard leave room for another brand or network. An MCP server for AI tools is on every plan, and the 14-day trial needs no card.
  • Limit: Essentials has no analytics, inbox or approvals. Bulk scheduling and CSV upload start on Premium ($100 a month, $85 billed yearly), the API is Enterprise only, and there is no free plan.
  • Pick it if: a team of up to three people wants an inbox, analytics and approvals on one flat plan.
  • Set up first: count your accounts. Seven is the Essentials ceiling, fifteen is Standard's.

5. Buffer (best for starting free and paying per channel)

Buffer charges for each connected channel. Essentials is $6 per channel a month, or $5 billed yearly, so nine channels come to $54 monthly or $45 yearly. Team is $12 per channel ($10 yearly) and adds unlimited team members, approval workflows, access levels and branded reports. On monthly billing, channels 11 to 25 cost $4 each. The free plan covers up to 3 channels, 10 scheduled posts per channel at a time, 1 user and 30 days of insights.

  • Strength: one small brand on three networks costs nothing to start. The networks include X and Google Business Profile, and the API and MCP server come with every plan, the free one too.
  • Limit: every channel is billed, so each extra network on each brand adds to the bill, and the 3 channels that were free are billed once you upgrade. Essentials has one user, and approvals need Team.
  • Pick it if: each brand uses one or two networks, or you want to test the tool free before paying.
  • Set up first: connect only the channels you will post to this month, because each connected channel is a charge.

6. SocialBee (best for recycling evergreen content per brand)

SocialBee schedules posts by content category to ten networks and prices by profiles, users and workspaces. Bootstrap is $29 a month ($290 billed yearly) for 5 profiles, 1 user and 1 workspace, and Accelerate is $49 ($490 a year) for 10 profiles and still 1 workspace. The first plan with several workspaces is Pro: $99 a month, or $990 billed yearly ($82.50 a month), for 5 workspaces, 25 profiles and 3 users per workspace.

  • Strength: a category-based schedule with recycling and expiring posts, and mobile reminders for networks it cannot post to directly, such as WhatsApp, Telegram and Facebook Groups.
  • Limit: there is no free plan, and posting stops when the 14-day trial ends. Extra users and workspaces cost $10 a month each. Its pages do not describe a public API or an MCP server, so automation runs through Zapier, Make or Pabbly.
  • Pick it if: each brand has evergreen posts worth repeating and you want a separate workspace for each.
  • Set up first: make a workspace per brand, then build the content categories inside it. Pro has unlimited categories, Bootstrap has 10.

7. Sendible (best when many people need access)

Sendible prices by workspace, and every plan includes unlimited users. Core is $35 a month ($30 billed yearly) for 1 workspace and 6 social profiles, with each extra workspace adding $35 on Core. Plus is $99 ($84 billed yearly) for 3 workspaces and 18 profiles, adds assignment and approval workflows, and charges $30 a month for an extra workspace.

  • Strength: unlimited users on every plan, and Client Connect lets a client link their own profiles without sharing passwords. Google Business Profile is among its networks.
  • Limit: approval workflows start on Plus. There is no free plan, Pinterest is not among its networks, and no MCP server is mentioned.
  • Pick it if: several teammates or clients need to log in and you would rather not pay per seat.
  • Set up first: create a workspace per brand, then invite the people who need it. The users cost nothing extra.

8. Agorapulse (best when replies and reviews matter most)

Agorapulse covers publishing, a unified inbox for comments, messages and reviews, and reporting, priced per user. Standard is $99 per user a month ($79 billed yearly) for 10 social profiles shared across users, unlimited scheduling, basic and white-label reports, and 6 months of data retention. Extra profiles cost $15 a month each on monthly billing, or $10 on annual.

  • Strength: the inbox, with assignment and reply collision detection, and Google reviews alongside comments and messages. The 30-day trial of Advanced needs no card.
  • Limit: every active or invited user is a paid seat at the full rate. There is no free plan. X inbox and reporting need the X Plus add-on at $50 per X profile a month, and bulk CSV scheduling and queues need Advanced at $149 per user a month billed yearly.
  • Pick it if: answering customers matters more than the price and one person does most of the work.
  • Set up first: decide who truly needs a seat, since each invited user is billed.

Four tools that did not make the list

  • Later. The cheapest plan with three social sets (one profile per network each) is Scale, at $110 a month ($82.50 billed yearly), over the $100 line. Growth is $50 ($37.50 yearly) but holds two sets, and a third is a $15-a-month add-on, which this list does not price in. Later does not support X, Bluesky or Google Business Profile.
  • Hootsuite. Standard covers up to 10 social accounts at $99 per user a month, but only on annual billing, because the monthly rate is not published on its plans page. It cannot be placed on a monthly-billing ranking.
  • Sprout Social. Essentials and Standard allow only 5 social profiles, so nine accounts need Professional at $399 per seat a month ($299 billed annually).
  • Publer. It prices by social account, and the figures recorded are $5 a month for 1 account, $12 for 3 and $20 for 5 ($4 a month for 1 account billed yearly). A nine-account price is not among them, so Publer is left unranked rather than guessed. Its free plan covers 3 accounts with no X and 1 workspace, and extra team members cost $2 a month on Professional.

What to set up first

  1. List every account you will actually post to. Tools here bill by the channel, the account, the workspace or the user, so a dormant account or a spare seat costs money.
  2. Count the people who need a login. Agorapulse charges each user the full plan rate, while Sendible and Postiz's Team plan include unlimited users.
  3. Check for X. Metricool charges $10 a month per connected X account, and Agorapulse's X inbox and reporting need an add-on at $50 a month per X profile. PostWharf, Buffer and SocialPilot list X among their networks.
  4. Use the free route to try one brand first. Metricool and Buffer have free plans, and every other tool on the list has a trial: seven days for PostWharf and Postiz (both take a card), 14 days for SocialPilot, SocialBee and Sendible, and 30 days for Agorapulse.
  5. Decide whether an AI assistant will draft posts. Metricool, PostWharf, Postiz, SocialPilot and Buffer each list an MCP server on every plan, and Agorapulse's connector is in beta. Our guide to automating social media posting with AI covers the workflow and the checks to keep.

Questions people ask

What is the cheapest social media scheduler for managing several brands?

For three brands on three networks each, among hosted plans it is Metricool: $25 a month on monthly billing, or $20 a month billed yearly, for up to five brands. X accounts cost an extra $10 a month each. PostWharf's Startup plan at $29 a month ($23 yearly) is next, and it includes X with unlimited channels per brand.

Is there a free scheduler for several brands?

Not for three brands on three networks. Metricool's free plan holds one brand, without LinkedIn or X, and Buffer's free plan holds three channels. Postiz's open-source code is free to self-host with unlimited channels, but you supply the server and register your own developer apps, which can take weeks for Meta, YouTube and TikTok.

What happens to the bill when a brand adds another network?

It depends on the pricing unit. On Metricool a brand holds one profile per network inside the brand price, except X at $10 a month. On PostWharf nothing changes, because channels are unlimited. On Buffer each channel adds $6 a month, or $5 billed yearly. On SocialPilot's Essentials plan each account past the seventh adds $4 a month, and on Agorapulse each profile past the tenth adds $15 a month, or $10 on annual billing.
