Local SEO that puts you in Maps when it counts.
For a garage in Al Quoz or a clinic in Sharjah, most enquiries start from Google Maps and the local results. We set your Google Business Profile up properly, keep it current, and make your details match everywhere Google and AI assistants check.
Your profile, done properly.
Most profiles we see are half-finished: wrong primary category, no services listed, hours that ignore Ramadan, and a phone number that doesn't match the website.
Sector guides: garages and car services, clinics and Dubai real estate.
Want to do it yourself? Our Google Business Profile checklist covers every item in order, and if your listing has been taken down, start with what to do when a profile is suspended.
- Claim and verify using whichever method Google offers you, with the profile owned by your own account
- Categories and services chosen for what customers search, not what sounds impressive
- Hours, including special hours for Ramadan, Eid and public holidays
- Photos, description and attributes that match what you actually offer
- Review replies to every review, and an honest way to ask customers for one
- Consistent details across Apple Maps, Bing Places and the UAE directories in your category
- LocalBusiness structured data on your website, linked to the profile
- English and Arabic where your customers use both
The usual local headaches.
Suspended or disabled profile
We find the likely cause, fix it before appealing, and prepare the appeal with the evidence Google asks for.
Duplicate listings
Old addresses and duplicate profiles split your reviews and confuse Google. We merge or remove them through Google's own process.
Service-area businesses
Movers, AC technicians and cleaners who visit customers set up as service-area businesses, without a fake storefront.
More than one branch
A separate profile per real location, each with its own details and a matching page on your site.
The profile feeds more than Maps.
AI assistants answer local questions from sources they can corroborate. When your name, address, phone and services match across your profile, your site and the directories, you're easier to name. When they conflict, you're easier to leave out.
Local SEO clients get their buyer questions checked across seven AI engines too. If that's where the bigger gap is, see AI search visibility.
What you see each month
- Calls, direction requests and website clicks from your profile
- New reviews and our replies
- Where you appear in Maps for your main searches, by area
- Changes we made, and any Google edits we had to correct
Local SEO questions
Do I need a website for local SEO?
Not strictly: a Google Business Profile can exist without one. But a website linked from the profile gives Google and AI assistants a fuller, consistent picture of what you do and where, and it is where most people check you out before they call. If you don't have one, our website package includes setting up and linking the profile.
Who owns the Google Business Profile?
You do. The profile stays under your own Google account as the owner, and you add us as a manager. If we ever stop working together, you remove us and nothing else changes.
My profile was suspended. Can you help?
Yes. We work out which guideline Google is likely to have applied, fix the profile and the evidence around it first, and then prepare the appeal with the documents Google asks for. We can't promise a reinstatement, because the decision is Google's.
Can you get us more Google reviews?
We set up an honest way to ask every customer for a review and we reply to the reviews you get. We never buy reviews, offer incentives for them, or filter who is asked, because Google's policies prohibit it and it puts the profile at risk.
