How much does a website cost with High Street?
AED 999 as a one-time build fee, then AED 499 per year for hosting, domain renewal and small edits. The domain is registered in the business owner's name, so you own the website outright rather than renting it from an agency.
Do I actually own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your own name and the website files belong to you. Many agencies register the domain in their own name, which means you lose the site if you ever leave them. We don't do that, and you can check the registrant yourself at any time.
How long does it take?

Will this bring me more customers?
Most enquiries for local UAE businesses come through Google Business Profile rather than the website alone. We claim and optimise your profile, link the new site to it, and add local business structured data. That combination is what produces calls and WhatsApp messages. We won't promise a specific number of leads, because nobody honestly can.
I already have Instagram and Talabat. Why do I need a website?
Those platforms are rented, not owned, and most take a commission on every order. A website is the only channel you control outright, and it is what Google and AI assistants read when someone searches for your business by name or by service.
