When you browse this site
- No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. We don't set cookies.
- Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
- Server logs. Like almost every web server, ours records basic request details (IP address, time, page requested, browser type). We use them only to keep the site running and secure, and we keep them for a limited time.
- Preferences in your browser. None. This site doesn't store anything on your device.
When you contact us
The form on our contact page doesn't send anything to us by itself. It opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message written out, and you decide whether to send it. WhatsApp and your email provider handle that message under their own privacy terms.
When you do message us, we use your name, business details and contact details to reply and to carry out the visibility check or demo you asked for. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
If you become a client
We handle the access and data you share with us, such as manager access to your Google Business Profile, Search Console or social accounts, only to deliver the agreed work. You can remove our access at any time, and your accounts stay in your name.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by emailing hello@highstreetagency.com.
