Social media management · Automation

Social media that never goes quiet.

We plan a month of posts, write each one for the network it's going to, get your approval, then publish on schedule to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube and more. After each post goes live, we check it actually did.

What's automated, and what isn't

Machines do the timing. People do the judgement.

Most "automation" offers don't tell you which parts a person looks at. Here's every step, and who handles it.

Nothing is published without your approval.
StepWho handles itWhat that means for you
Monthly planUs, agreed with youThemes, offers, dates and seasonal moments like Ramadan and Eid, a month ahead
Drafting captionsAI-assisted draft, edited by usOne idea, written separately for each network, in your tone
Arabic versionsWritten and checked by usWhere your audience uses Arabic, not machine translation left unchecked
ApprovalYouYou see every post before it's scheduled. Change it or reject it.
PublishingAutomatedPosts go out at the scheduled time on every network, even at 7am on a Friday
Checking it went liveAutomated, with us alerted on failureEach post is re-checked after publishing; a failed post is retried or flagged, never silently lost

What's included

Consistent, on-brand, on time.

The point isn't volume. It's showing up regularly, in the right format for each network, so customers who check you out find an active business.

Curious how the automation side works? We explain the setup, tools and costs in how to automate social media posting with AI, and compare the scheduling tools on price in the best social media schedulers for multi-brand teams.

  • A monthly content calendar built around your offers, seasons and what your customers ask
  • Captions written per network, in English and Arabic where you need both
  • Approval before anything is scheduled, in one simple review each month
  • Scheduled publishing to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest and more
  • Post-publish checks so a failed post is caught and fixed, not discovered weeks later
  • A one-page monthly report on what went out and what worked
  • Your accounts, in your name, with you as the admin
How it works

One review a month. That's your part.

  1. Free check

We look at your accounts, your competitors' and how you appear on Google and AI assistants, then agree what social should do for you.

  2. Set-up

You connect your accounts to our scheduling workspace as a manager. You stay the owner of every account.

  3. Monthly calendar

We draft the month and send it to you for one review. Approve, edit or reject any post.

  4. Publish and report

Posts go out on schedule, each one checked after publishing. You get a short report at month end.

FAQ

Social media questions

Will anything be posted without my approval?

No. Drafts go to you first, and only approved posts are scheduled. Automation handles the timing and the checking afterwards, not the decision to publish.

Do you post the same thing on every network?

No. Each post starts from one idea and is written for where it is going: shorter for X, hashtags where they help on Instagram, a more professional line for LinkedIn, and the right format for video networks.

Who owns the social accounts?

You do. Accounts stay in your name with you as the admin, and we connect as a manager or through the scheduling tool. If we stop working together, you disconnect us and keep everything.

Do you create the photos and videos?

Content creation is agreed in your quote. We can work from the photos and videos you already have, and we will tell you up front if the plan needs new footage.

Are paid ads included?

No. This service covers organic publishing. If you run ads, the ad spend and ad management are separate.

Stop letting your accounts go quiet.
