Key takeaways
- Six of the eleven track Microsoft Copilot on their first paid plan: AthenaHQ, Goodie AI, Ahrefs Brand Radar, xSeek, Scrunch and Otterly.AI. Peec AI lets you pick it as one of three models. Cituna does not track Copilot.
- Search Console is included by AthenaHQ, Goodie AI, Cituna and Writesonic. Ahrefs sells it as a separate tool.
- Only Scrunch publishes SSO on its first plan (Google SSO); elsewhere SSO and SOC 2 sit on enterprise tiers.
- Peec AI, Profound and Semrush Enterprise AIO publish no price for the plan a B2B team would buy.
- Asked one specific B2B question, seven engines named 26 different tools and none named by more than two, so track your own buyers' questions.
Want to know which competitors the engines name when buyers research your category? Get a free visibility check: we run your buyers' questions through seven AI engines and Google, and add Microsoft Copilot if your buyers use it.

How this list works
We scored each tool's first paid plan on five checks that come up when a B2B company buys: does it track Microsoft Copilot, does it track Claude, does it include Google Search Console, does it include an API or MCP, and does it include SSO. Tools that pass more checks rank higher. Ties go to the tool that tracks Copilot, then to the lower price.
The result: AthenaHQ, Goodie AI and Cituna pass three checks; Ahrefs Brand Radar, xSeek and Scrunch pass two; Otterly.AI and Writesonic pass one.
Tools with no published price for the plan you would buy are listed after the rest, alphabetically, since you cannot compare what you would pay. Facts come from vendor pages on the dates given. We did not test accuracy or paid dashboards.
Cituna is included because High Street uses it in its own client work. It is held to the same five checks as every other entry, and it loses the Copilot tiebreak.
What does a B2B team need from an AI visibility tool?
A B2B purchase is researched by several people over weeks, and they do not all use the same assistant: finance may ask Copilot inside Microsoft 365, an engineer Claude, marketing ChatGPT or Google. A tracker that covers only ChatGPT and Google sees part of that research.
The questions matter as much as the engines. In our Cituna scan of 22 buyer questions across seven engines on 28 September 2026, the broad question "best AI visibility tools" drew 19 different tools, and all seven engines named Semrush. A narrower question, from a marketer at a small B2B SaaS company who needed ChatGPT, Claude and Grok without enterprise pricing, drew 26 different tools, and no tool was named by more than two engines. So a B2B tracker has to run your buyers' actual questions, not a generic set.
B2B teams also tend to need:
- Competitor comparisons. Scrunch's $250 Core plan tracks 5 competitors, AthenaHQ includes competitor insights on its free plan, xSeek adds competitor analysis from its $499.99 Growth plan, and Ahrefs Brand Radar benchmarks a whole market from its index.
- More than one market. Goodie AI's Core plan covers 2 countries and 2 languages. AthenaHQ's Starter and Scrunch's Core cover one language and one region. Semrush's self-serve toolkit lists 42 regions for its overview reports, including the UAE and Saudi Arabia (28 September 2026).
- Integrations and security. Search Console, an API or MCP, BI dashboards, SSO and SOC 2. Both have their own sections below.
The 11 tools, one by one
1. AthenaHQ (best for the longest engine list at a published price)
AthenaHQ tracks answers, cited sources and competitors, and suggests content fixes. One credit is one AI response. Starter is $295 a month (17% off billed annually) for 3,600 credits across 11 models: ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral. It includes GA4 and Search Console, CSV export and unlimited seats. The free Essential plan gives 300 credits on ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, Gemini and Copilot. Checked 28 September 2026.
Strength: Copilot, Claude, Grok and Search Console all come on the first paid plan, and you can try it on real data for free first.
Limit: nothing sits between free and $295, credits make the monthly cost depend on which engines you run, and Starter covers one language and one region. SSO, audit logs and BI dashboards are Enterprise only.
Pick it if: your buyers are split across Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude, and you sell in one main market.
2. Goodie AI (best for Copilot and AI Mode from the first plan)
Goodie AI tracks visibility and citations daily and adds content, outreach and technical agents. Core is $399 a month for 120 prompts, 1 brand, 2 countries and 2 languages, and 5 seats. Core covers ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity, AI Mode and Copilot, and connects Google Analytics, Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, with MCP. Pro at $999 adds Gemini and unlimited seats. There is a 7-day free trial. Checked 29 September 2026.
Strength: Copilot, AI Mode, Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools on the entry plan, with two markets included.
Limit: Gemini starts at $999 and Claude is Enterprise only. There is no API or data export below Enterprise, and SOC 2 is listed only on Enterprise.
Pick it if: your buyers work in Microsoft tools and Google, and you sell in two countries or languages.

3. Cituna (best for seven engines daily with Search Console, from $39)
Cituna checks your buyer questions every day on seven engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. When it finds a gap, it writes the fix and can publish the article. Google Search Console and MCP are included. Plans are $39, $119 or $399 a month, with a 3-day trial that needs a card.
Strength: Claude and Grok are covered daily on every plan, next to both Google AI surfaces and Search Console, and it produces the fix as well as the report.
Limit: it does not track Microsoft Copilot, which matters if your buyers work in Microsoft 365. The trial is three days and needs a card, and the plans are fixed tiers.
Pick it if: your buyers research in ChatGPT, Claude and Google more than in Copilot, and you want fixes written for you. Cituna's pricing page
4. Ahrefs Brand Radar (best for benchmarking a whole market)
Custom Prompts, from $50 a month, runs your own questions on AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Claude, daily, weekly or monthly, billed per check (one check per prompt, platform, location and update). The $199 AI Visibility Index looks up a whole market across more than 448 million prompts with no setup, citations included. Checked 28 September 2026.
Strength: you can compare yourself with every competitor in a category, tied to real search demand, without writing prompts.
Limit: Ahrefs' own FAQ says the index may have limited coverage for brands with little or no search volume, which covers many niche B2B products. Each extra location multiplies checks, Claude uses 8 checks per update, and Grok is not named.
Pick it if: you already pay for Ahrefs and sell in an established category with search demand.

5. xSeek (best for eight engines on every plan)
xSeek tracks mentions across eight engines on every plan: ChatGPT, Grok, Perplexity, AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek and Copilot. Starter is $249.99 a month for 50 prompts, 1 website and unlimited users, with a dedicated account specialist. Growth at $499.99 adds competitor analysis, 150 prompts and 3 websites. Scale is custom, with SSO/SAML, a 99.99% SLA and custom integrations. Checked 29 September 2026.
Strength: every engine a B2B buyer is likely to use, Copilot included, on the entry plan, plus a named person to help set it up.
Limit: 50 prompts is a small set at $249.99, and competitor analysis starts on Growth. The page publishes no trial, cadence or API details, and mentions a Search Console integration without saying which plan includes it.
Pick it if: you want full engine coverage from day one and prefer hands-on onboarding.
6. Scrunch (best for Copilot for one brand in one market)
On the page served to Googlebot and browsers on 28 September 2026, Scrunch Core is $250 a month for 125 prompts on ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews and Copilot, 1 brand workspace, 5 user licences, 1 country, 1 language, 1 persona and 5 competitors. It includes citations, sentiment, 5 site audits a month and Google SSO, with a 7-day free trial. AI crawlers were served a different pricing page that day, with other plans. Enterprise adds nine LLMs, Looker Studio, an API, custom MCP and SSO through SAML or OIDC.
Strength: Copilot and competitor tracking at a published entry price, with single sign-on already on the first plan.
Limit: Claude, Gemini, AI Mode, Grok, the API and MCP are Enterprise only, and Core covers one country and one language.
Pick it if: you sell one product in one market to buyers who live in Microsoft tools.
7. Otterly.AI (best for the cheapest Copilot tracking)
Lite is $29 a month ($25 billed annually) for 15 prompts checked daily on ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot, with unlimited team members and one workspace. Standard at $189 raises that to 100 prompts and adds an API and MCP (2,000 requests a month each) and a Looker Studio connector. Enterprise adds SSO and custom terms from 1,000 prompts. Multi-country support is on every plan. Checked 28 September 2026.
Strength: the lowest fixed price here that includes Copilot, and a Looker Studio connector for teams that report there.
Limit: Gemini, AI Mode and Claude are paid add-ons (Claude is $29, $109 or $439 a month depending on plan), Grok is not offered, and there is no Search Console integration.
Pick it if: you want Copilot tracking on a small budget.

Enterprise covers all 10 platforms it tracks, including Perplexity, Claude and Copilot, with SSO/SAML, SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA. The free trial needs no card; its length is not published. Pricing checked 29 September 2026.
Strength: Search Console on every plan and content production in one subscription, with compliance paperwork on Enterprise.
Limit: self-serve plans track only three engines, with no Perplexity, Claude or Copilot. Prices are for annual billing, and extra users cost $50 a month each on Basic and Growth.
Pick it if: your buyers start in Google and ChatGPT and your team publishes content.
9. Peec AI (best for choosing your own three engines)
Peec AI lets you pick three models on each self-serve plan from ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Copilot, Gemini and Naver AI, checked daily, with unlimited users on every plan. Starter holds 50 prompts, 1 project and 1 country; Pro 150 prompts and 3 countries; Advanced 350 prompts, 5 projects and Looker Studio. Enterprise offers up to 13 models, API access and SSO. Plan prices were not published in the page we read on 28 September 2026; a free trial is offered, terms not published.
Strength: unlimited users suits a B2B company where marketing, sales and product all want to look, and Copilot can be one of your three engines.
Limit: no price on the page we read, three engines per self-serve plan, and Perplexity, Claude and Grok only as paid add-ons or on Enterprise.
Pick it if: you know your buyers' three engines and want the whole revenue team in one dashboard.
10. Profound (best for enterprise security paperwork)
Profound sells brands one self-serve option: a free 7-day trial of 50 prompts a day on ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews, with fixed prompts. Everything else is Enterprise, priced after a demo: up to nine engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot, DeepSeek, Claude, AI Overviews and Exa Search), custom languages and regions, CSV and JSON exports, an API, unlimited seats, SSO/SAML and SOC 2. No paid price was published when we checked on 28 September 2026.
Strength: a long named engine list, including Copilot and Exa Search, with the SSO and SOC 2 documents a procurement team will ask for.
Limit: no published paid price, a trial you cannot customise, and Grok is not named. Search Console and MCP are not stated. If you want something you can buy without a sales call, see our list of Profound alternatives with a published price.
Pick it if: security review comes first and you have budget for an enterprise contract.
11. Semrush Enterprise AIO (best for multi-brand firms already on Semrush)
Semrush Enterprise AIO offers unlimited prompt tracking, daily or weekly, across nine LLMs: ChatGPT, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Perplexity, Copilot, Grok, Gemini, Claude and DeepSeek, with custom integrations and an API. Smaller teams can start on Semrush's AI Visibility Toolkit at $99 a month per domain billed annually (28 September 2026): 25 daily prompts on ChatGPT, Google's AI results, Gemini and Perplexity.
Strength: nine engines including Copilot, Grok and Claude, unlimited prompts, and AI data beside the Semrush SEO data many B2B teams already use.
Limit: no published price and a sales process; MCP, Search Console and citations are not stated.
Pick it if: you run several brands or regions and your SEO already lives in Semrush.
Semrush Enterprise AIO overview
Which AI visibility tools track Microsoft Copilot?
On their first paid plan, AthenaHQ, Goodie AI, Ahrefs Brand Radar, xSeek, Scrunch and Otterly.AI all track it, and AthenaHQ also includes it on its free plan. Peec AI offers it as one of your three chosen models. Profound, Writesonic and Semrush put it on enterprise tiers.
Cituna does not track Copilot. If you use Cituna, or any tracker without Copilot, you can still see Copilot's effect in GA4: since 13 May 2026 GA4 has an AI Assistant channel, and Google's channel definitions list Copilot among its sources alongside ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek and Grok (Google Analytics default channel group, read 29 September 2026). That shows visits Copilot sent, not answers naming a competitor instead.
Which tools will pass a security review?
What each vendor publishes:
- SSO on the first paid plan: Scrunch Core includes Google SSO.
- SSO on enterprise tiers: Profound (SSO/SAML), Scrunch (SAML or OIDC), AthenaHQ (SAML or OIDC, plus audit logs), Writesonic (SSO/SAML), xSeek (SSO/SAML on Scale), Peec AI, Otterly.AI and Semrush's Enterprise tier.
- SOC 2: Profound, Writesonic (SOC 2 Type II, plus HIPAA) and Goodie AI on Enterprise.
If SSO is required from day one, you are choosing between Scrunch Core and an enterprise contract.
Which tools connect to Search Console, an API or your BI dashboards?
Search Console matters because AI Overviews and AI Mode are part of Google Search: Google counts clicks and impressions from those features in the normal Performance report. We cover how to judge a tool's Search Console join in our guide to choosing an AI visibility tool with Search Console integration.
- Search Console: AthenaHQ (Starter), Goodie AI (all brand plans), Cituna (every plan) and Writesonic (every tier).
- API or MCP on the first paid plan: Cituna (MCP) and Goodie AI (MCP). Otterly.AI adds both from its $189 Standard plan.
- API on enterprise tiers: Profound, Peec AI, Scrunch, Goodie AI and Semrush Enterprise AIO. AthenaHQ sells it as a Starter add-on with no published price.
- Looker Studio or BI tools: Otterly.AI (from Standard), Peec AI (Advanced), Scrunch (Enterprise), and AthenaHQ Enterprise with Tableau, Power BI and Looker dashboards.
Buying for a client roster instead of one company? Seat counts, white-label reports and per-client cost matter more there, and we compare them in our guide to AI visibility tools for marketing agencies.

Which questions should a B2B company track?
The ones your buyers type at each stage: category questions, comparisons with named competitors, and requirement questions such as which tool integrates with a system you support. Write them the way your buyers would.
Should a B2B company buy an enterprise suite or a stand-alone tracker?
Buy the suite if procurement needs SSO and SOC 2 before any pilot, or your SEO already runs on it. Otherwise a tracker with a published price lets you test your own questions first.
